The Greywing Budgerigar

by Alistair Home
March 2004

This article addresses in part the implications of the provision in the
Standard for the "Suffused" - birds that are currently incorrectly
identified either as Black Eyed Self Colours or as Greywings.  Suffused
birds have been exhibited successfully in Greywing classes and are often
confused with the lighter coloured (50%) Greywing.

Another article I now have in preparation sets out to address the other
end of the spectrum - the distinction between the Black Eyed Self and
the Suffused.
